Some art "experts" want to see so called continuity in artist's output, in other words paintings very similar to one another, just in different colours, shapes and sizes. I totally disagree with that, for 2 main reasons:

- try to find some continuity in paintings by some of the most famous painters ever, for example Picasso - he tried almost everything during his career, including sculpture, with mixed results, and there certainly was no such continuity there yet he became one of the most famous painters in history

- try to restrict the wonderful, extremely versatile talent of Sylvia Kula and ask her to paint only seascapes, or only abstracts, or only portraits, or only flowers etc. What a waste of her extraordinary talent it would be, she can beautifully paint anything, any subject and in any style she wants, and in quality similar (if not better) to the most famous masters ever, specialising in only one style!

Such talent is very rare indeed!
